HARTFORD, Aug. 11, 2025 — Berkshire Bank is pleased to announce that Donald Andrews, first vice president and relationship manager in Berkshire’s Commercial Banking line of business, has been recognized for his outstanding leadership with a 40 Under Forty Award for 2025 by the Hartford Business Journal (HBJ).

He plays a pivotal role in structuring complex financial solutions for businesses across Connecticut and Massachusetts and is known for his strategic acumen and client-first approach.
“Donald’s reputation for integrity and expertise, as well as his commitment to excellence, make him a standout both on the team here at Berkshire and in the broader community,” said Joseph Marullo, senior vice president, Commercial Banking.
“As the trusted advisor his clients rely upon, Donald very much deserves to be recognized among such an accomplished group of young professionals in greater Hartford,” he said.
In addition to acknowledging exceptional leadership, the HBJ’s 40 Under Forty Awards spotlight up-and-coming professionals who are seen as role models for their peers based on their entrepreneurial spirit, professional success and commitment to their communities.
A resident of Madison, Connecticut, Andrews has more than 12 years of experience in commercial banking, including the last 10 years with Berkshire.
